By registering for the Girls’ 5v5 Soccer Day, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and smooth experience for all participants and organizers.
 
1. Assumption of Risk & Medical Responsibility

• All participants and their guardians understand and agree that participation is at their own risk.

• No medical coverage or personal accident insurance is provided by the organizers.

• In the event of illness, injury, or accident, all medical costs and responsibilities lie with the participant and their guardian.

• Guardians must ensure their child is physically fit to participate.
   

2. Liability Waiver

• The event organizers, venue, staff, volunteers, and affiliated personnel are not liable for any injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• By registering, you release the organizers from any claims arising from participation in the Girls’ 5v5 Soccer Cup.
   

3. Behavior & Code of Conduct

• All players, parents, and team representatives must behave respectfully toward other participants, referees, volunteers, and staff.

• The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual or team from the event in cases of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or disruption, without refund.
   

4. Team Placement & Event Adjustments

• The organizers may adjust teams or match schedules as needed to ensure fairness, safety, and a positive experience for all.

• If you are registering as an individual, you agree to have your child placed in a team at the discretion of the organizers.
   

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• If the event is canceled by the organizers due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

• If a participant cancels, a refund will only be available if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, or for no-shows on the day.
   

6. Media & Photography

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for future promotional materials (website, social media, etc.).

• If you do not wish for your child to appear in photos, you must notify the organizers in writing before the event day.
