  • Location: Premier League Academy at International School, Songdo (Incheon), South Korea

    About the Role: Join a Premier League Academy program based within an international school in Songdo, Incheon. We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced football coach to deliver high-quality coaching to children and teenagers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop young players while building your resume with elite-level experience.

    As a coach, you’ll lead structured training sessions, inspire young athletes, and help cultivate a positive, supportive sporting environment.
     

    Schedule & Workload

    • Monday–Friday: 3 hours of paid coaching per day (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

    • Saturday: Up to 5 hours of paid coaching (depending on matches and team requirements)

    • Annual Coaching Weeks: 30 confirmed coaching weeks, 10 additional seasonal camp weeks (pending confirmation), Up to 40 weeks of coaching per year.

    • Additional responsibilities may include session planning, travel, and team support.

     

    Pay & Conditions

    • Hourly Rate: 40,000 KRW (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

    • Contract Type: Freelance (standard freelance tax rates apply)

    • Visa Requirements: Must hold a valid working visa for South Korea (visa sponsorship is not available)

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels

    • Follow a structured Premier League Academy curriculum while adapting sessions to individual player needs

    • Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for development

    • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaching staff

    • Support matchdays, tournaments, and other football-related events
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven coaching experience, ideally with children or teenagers

    • Recognized football coaching qualification (minimum FA Level 1 or equivalent)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Professional, reliable, and highly organized

    • Fluent in English (Korean language skills are a plus)

    About the Role: We are hiring part-time hourly football coaches to lead fun and energetic training sessions for children and teens. This is a great opportunity for passionate coaches who are looking for flexible working hours.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coach football sessions for youth players (ages vary)

    • Follow and deliver structured training programs

    • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment

    • Communicate with parents and staff as needed
       

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Previous experience coaching football, ideally with children or teens

    • Confident leading small groups independently

    • Positive attitude and strong communication skills

    • Fluent in English (Korean is a plus)

    • Reliable and punctual

    • Eligible to work in South Korea (we do not sponsor visas)
