    About the Role

    We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable part-time football coaches to deliver high-quality, fun, and engaging training sessions for children and teens. This is an ideal opportunity for coaches who are passionate about youth development and want flexible working hours in a dynamic environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead football training sessions for youth players of varying ages and skill levels

    • Deliver structured, age-appropriate coaching programs

    • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

    • Motivate and engage players while supporting their development

    • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and fellow coaches

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous football coaching experience (youth coaching preferred)

    • Confidence in leading sessions independently

    • Energetic, positive, and professional attitude

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Fluent in English (Korean is a plus)

    • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

    • Valid visa with work rights in South Korea (required)
