Martin brings extensive experience in sports welfare and safeguarding. He is responsible for overseeing the protection of all participants, ensuring best practices are consistently followed throughout our organization.

Martin’s role includes:

  • Ensuring Compliance – Overseeing and enforcing all safeguarding policies

  • Offering Support – Providing confidential guidance for players, parents, and staff

  • Managing Concerns – Handling welfare-related complaints and reports

  • Training & Awareness – Educating our team and members on safeguarding best practices
