Guidelines for Participation: Seoul Sports

Match Rules & Regulations

1. General Rules for Matches

  • All matches are friendly games, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.

  • Teams must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure matches begin promptly.

  • U8 matches will be played as 5v5 for a duration of 1 hour.

  • U10 and U12 matches will be played as 7v7 for a duration of 1.5 to 2 hours.

  • Match officials or referees assigned to the games will have the final say on all decisions made during the matches.
     

2. Participation and Conduct

  • Players, coaches, and spectators are expected to display respect and good sportsmanship at all times.

  • Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

  • Teams must ensure that their players meet the age group requirements for the match they are participating in.
     

3. Media Consent

  • By participating in these matches, you agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • These photos and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

  • If you do not consent to media usage, please notify us in writing before the scheduled match.
     

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, we are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the matches.

  • Teams and participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in soccer activities.

  • It is strongly recommended that all participants have adequate personal or team insurance coverage.
     

5. Health and Safety

  1. Teams must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements of players before the match.

  2. In case of an injury, basic first aid will be provided. For emergencies, local medical services will be contacted.

  3. Please adhere to the facility’s safety protocols and use equipment responsibly.
     

6. Match Cancellation or Rescheduling

  1. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, matches may be canceled or rescheduled.

  2. We will notify teams as early as possible in case of changes to the schedule.
     

7. Equipment and Attire

  1. Teams are required to bring their own uniforms, including jerseys, shorts, and socks.

  2. Players must wear appropriate soccer cleats and shin guards for safety.

  3. The match ball will be provided by us.
     

8. Code of Conduct for Parents and Spectators

  1. Parents and spectators are encouraged to support positively and avoid coaching from the sidelines.

  2. Any form of abuse, including verbal abuse toward players, referees, or other spectators, will not be tolerated.
     

9. Business Rights

  1. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any team or individual that does not comply with these rules and regulations.

  2. By registering for our events, you agree to these terms and conditions.
